Hit Like A Girl 6-Week Clinic Policy

Registration & Payment

• Full payment is required to secure your spot in the clinic unless otherwise stated.

• Clinic space is limited and registration is accepted on a first come, first served basis.

 

Refund Policy

• Refund requests submitted more than 30 days prior to the clinic start date may be eligible for consideration.

• No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the clinic start date.

• No refunds will be provided for missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, weather-related interruptions, or participant withdrawal after the clinic begins.

• In the event that Hit Like A Girl cancels the clinic, participants will be offered either a full refund or credit toward a future clinic.

Attendance

• Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions to receive the full benefit of the clinic experience.

• Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or transferred.

 

Weather Policy

• Clinics may continue in light rain or adjusted weather conditions at the discretion of Hit Like A Girl and the hosting golf facility.

• Participants will be notified of cancellations or schedule changes due to severe weather.

 

Conduct & Participation

• Hit Like A Girl is committed to maintaining a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants, instructors, and guests.

• Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the clinic without refund.

Liability

• Participation in golf activities involves inherent risks. By participating, attendees acknowledge and accept responsibility for their personal safety and belongings during clinic activities.

Photography & Media

• By attending the clinic, participants grant Hit Like A Girl permission to capture and use photos/videos for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

Hit Like A Girl Game Day Play

Advance Registration Policy for the Hit Like A Girl Golf Game Day Play

 

Purpose: To maintain an organized and enjoyable experience for all by ensuring timely registration for scheduled tee times.

 

Please Note: Game Days and/or league play is not for unexperienced golfers to receive training/instruction. No golf instructions will be provided during game/league day play. If you are an unexperienced golfer that still wants to participate, you will be welcomed but please note that under no circumstances will this time be used to provide instructions on how to golf. If you are looking for lessons on learning to golf, please register for one of our clinics.

Registration Requirement

• Advance Registration: All participants must register for their designated tee time at least 1 week in advance of the scheduled start time.

• Registration Methods: Registrations can be completed via Hit Like A Girl’s website at https://www.hit likeagirl.com/programs.

• Walk-Ons: Walk-on participants are not guaranteed a spot and will be accommodated only if space permits.

Check-In Procedure

• Arrival Time: Participants must check in at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled tee time. To check-in, visit the pro shop to pay for your tee time.

• Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may forfeit their spot unless a notice (text or call to Juanita) has been sent.

 

Cancellations and No-Shows

• Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid penalties.

• No-Show Policy: Failure to appear for a scheduled tee time without prior cancellation will be considered a no-show and may result in penalties as outlined in the cancellation and no-show policy.

Hit Like A Girl Cancellation & No-Show Policy 

 

Purpose: To ensure a respectful and organized experience for all league members by minimizing unfilled tee times and fostering a culture of accountability.

Cancellation Guidelines

• Advance Notice: Members must cancel their tee time at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time

• Cancellation Methods: Cancellations can be made via Email to the league coordinator at Hitlikeagirl123@gmail.com or by Phone call/text to Juanita Lomax.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tee time may be considered a no-show unless due to emergencies.

No-Show Policy

• Definition: A no-show occurs when a member fails to appear for a scheduled tee time without prior cancellation.

• Consequences:

  • A fee will be charged to the member. The amount of the fee will vary and be based on the cost of the tee time at the course for the week.

  • After a Third Offense: The member may be asked to prepay for tee times or may be removed from the league for the season.

  • Group Reservations: Hit Like A Girl is the Group Booking Manager. As the Group Booking Manager it is the responsibility of Hit Like A Girl to manage the booking with the designated golf course and to ensure that the reservation accurately reflects the number of participants for each week. It is the responsibility of Hit Like A Girl to ensure the golf course reservation is up-to date within 48 hours of the scheduled play time.

 

Inclement Weather & Emergencies

• Weather Conditions: If the course is officially closed due to weather, cancellations will not count as no-shows.

• Personal Emergencies: Members experiencing emergencies should notify the league coordinator as soon as possible. Such cases will be reviewed individually.

 

Prepayment & Refunds

• Refund Policy:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • No Refund: No-shows without prior notice.

Member Accountability

Consistent participation and communication are vital to the league's success. Members are encouraged to honor their commitments and communicate promptly regarding any changes to their availability. By adhering to this policy, we ensure a positive and respectful environment for all members of the Hit Like A Girl Golf Legue.
