Only a small percentage of girls are introduced to golf early—limiting access to future collegiate and career opportunities.
 
There is a sever underrepresentation in Collegiate Golf
- As of the most recent NCAA demographics (2023):
    - Only ~2% of NCAA men’s golf athletes are Black.
    - Only ~1% of NCAA women’s golf athletes are Black.
    - In contrast, White athletes make up over 70% of NCAA golf rosters.

Introducing Hit Like A Girl Minis 
 
Hit Like A Girl will be starting a new 7-week youth training program for minis ages 7–18. Our new program is here to open doors, build confidence, and create the next generation of young golfers and leaders.
 
Program Details:
- Program will be held at Bob O'Connor Golf Course, 5370 Schenley Dr, Pittsburgh, PA 15217
- Starts July 12th and runs every Saturday | 11 AM – 12 PM
- Fun, beginner-friendly training sessions with certified coaches
- Graduation 3-Hole Game: August 23 | 11 AM – 2 PM | Location: Bob O'Connor, 5370 Schenley Dr, Pittsburgh, PA 15217
- No experience needed—just a willingness to learn, play, and grow.
